Fundability Academy - Cohort 3

Academy Part 1: Build Fundability

This live training academy will run every Wednesday 3pm-5pm Pacific Time for six consecutive weeks starting on January 10, 2024 (no class Feb 14, see schedule below).

In order to maximize participation (and benefit to the students), we offer a $500 course completion rebate. This rebate will be paid after the end of the academy to participants who attend all the sessions and complete a short list of five challenge tasks. We expect 50%-75% of the attendees will qualify for the rebate -- we hope all attendees will qualify because that means everyone is closer to success!

In this 6-week academy, we'll show you how to:

Manage the critical success factors to become fundable
Prepare to fundraise: due diligence, formation, cap tables, financials, etc.
Plan your funding strategy around inflection points
Execute your strategy & build a fundable company
Target the right investors
Understand and apply key fundraising concepts: valuation, dilution, convertible notes, SAFEs and priced equity
How to craft a compelling pitch for your Pre-Seed fundraise
